Application
There is a $15.00 application fee, per person. (ex. 2 adults and 1 child, would be $30.00)

Addedum to Apartment Lease

Apartment Qualifications
All applications are required to have
1. Good previous rental reference
2. Rented for 1 year
3. Strong credit check
4. Rent can not exceed 28% of income (if rent is $750.00, total income should be $32,500 per year)

Pets
There are pet-friendly and pet-free buildings, please indicate which you would prefer when you fill out your application. There is a maximum of 2 cats allowed per apartment or townhouse. There is an additional non-refundable security deposit due in the amount of $100.00 at lease signing per cat. Also, rent increases by $35.00 a month for one cat, $50.00 a month for two cats.

Dogs 15 pounds or less are allowed in specified apartment buildings only.
